Fast-Track YourFirm’s GrowthWith a ProvenC‑Suite
A 12-month mastermind for law firm owners who want to maximize both growth and efficiency. Every month you sit with senior operators — marketing, leadership, operations and finance — and work on the decisions that actually move revenue. Two retreats, two workshops, and a room of owners on the same climb.

You have built a firm. Now you need a leadership team around it.
Most firm owners hit the same ceiling: the business grows faster than the operating system behind it. The Mastermind gives you the bench a bigger company would hire — and a room of owners who tell you the truth.
Every decision — pricing, hiring, marketing, cash — routes through you. There is no one senior enough to argue with you.
Ads, content, events and referrals are all running — but nobody senior is looking at them each month and telling you which opportunity to push, what to change for your firm specifically, and where the next chunk of revenue and profit is hiding.
The firm is busier than ever and the bank balance doesn't reflect it. The numbers exist; the read on them doesn't.
The people who understand the problem are your competitors locally — so you solve everything alone.
Three ways in. One room.
Every track carries the same core: two retreats, two workshops, and the monthly peer group call. What changes is how much C-Suite time you take, and whether it's private or in a group.
One senior voice in your corner, every month.

The people you actually sit with.
Not a coach reciting frameworks. Operators who run firms and marketing teams, and who will look at your numbers with you.

Two days rebuilding the consultation so more of the right clients say yes — at the right fee. Our Fort Worth training on 14–15 October is the live example.
See the Fort Worth training →Clarify the story your firm tells, then record the video that carries it. Built on the StoryBrand framework and tested with law firm owners. Walk away with the language to stand out in your local market and a content library edited and posted for you.
The practical CFO work first: build a budget you'll actually use, read your P&L and cash position with confidence, know your profit by matter type, set fees and payment terms that protect cash, and run the hiring numbers — what a new paralegal, associate or intake hire has to produce before it pays for itself. Then the personal side: owner pay and distributions, tax-aware planning, and turning firm profit into assets and income that isn't tied to your billable hours.
Turn client experience into your growth engine. Design the moments — intake, signing, review, referral — that make people talk about your firm without being asked. Map the client journey from first call to final follow-up, identify the friction points that silently cost you referrals, and build small, repeatable rituals that increase word-of-mouth introductions. Better experience means higher retention, warmer referrals and a reputation that sells before the consultation even starts.
Taught by Simon. A personal operating system for focus, accountability and momentum when there is no boss above you. Learn how to stay resilient when results lag, make faster decisions under pressure, spot competitor weaknesses, act before the market reacts, and build the discipline to execute, iterate and improve instead of standing still.
Built on the Small Business Flight School framework: leadership, marketing, sales, product, overhead and cash — sequenced into one 90-day plan with weekly targets.
Social media, PR and media coverage, referral partnerships, hiring and onboarding — new workshops are added to the 2027 calendar through the year.
A full year, with one decision point.
The Main Stage Mastermind is a 12-month annual program for owners ready to build the operating system behind their next level of revenue and profit.
We also know that a year is a serious commitment. So there is one exit point at 6 months if the work has not produced a meaningful net profit improvement. We back ourselves to have moved your revenue and your efficiency by then — and if we haven't, you can walk away.
Your C-Suite calls are tracked against what you are trying to move — pipeline, revenue, margin, capacity or cash. If the work isn't showing up in your P&L, that becomes the agenda.
- Q1–Q2 — Diagnose, build and prove. Fix the one constraint holding growth back, plus your first retreat and workshop. At 6 months you decide whether the numbers justify the full year.
- Q3–Q4 — Scale and compound. Team, capacity, delivery and margin so growth doesn't break the firm, plus your second retreat and workshop. This is where the annual rhythm pays off.
Before you commit
Twelve monthly payments on the track you choose. The Mastermind is a 12-month commitment, with one exit point at 6 months if the work hasn't produced a meaningful net profit improvement. Your membership includes the retreats, workshops and calls listed on this page.
Yes — any member can move. After Q1 you can upgrade, downgrade or switch between Single Track, Full Mastermind Group and Full Mastermind 1:1. We'll talk it through on your monthly call before anything changes.
In-person workshops can be exchanged for the online courses launching in January, so your two included workshops are never wasted.
The Headline Act C-Suite bench: CMO (Simon Turnbull), CEO (Isaiah Cureton or Eleanor Dolev), COO (Bonnie Faucett), COO/CFO (Eyal Dolev), and a traditional CFO seat currently in recruitment. Full Mastermind 1:1 members choose two each month.
The 2027 room is capped at 24 firms so the peer call stays a conversation rather than a broadcast. 22 places are currently available.
That's where most of the room comes from today, and the workshop material is built around owner-led professional services. If you run a different kind of firm, book a call and we'll tell you honestly whether it fits.
24 places. One year.
Bring one real problem to the first call and we'll go to work on it. Tracks from $1,750 per month.
